    friendly staff
    stained carpet
    dirty bed

    Friendly staff made check-in easy.

The room I was given had a noticeable stain on the carpet, feel unclean from the start. The bathroom was outdated, with a loud fan that disturbed my rest and a dirty bed filled with sand. I certainly expected better for the price we paid.

    My thoughts, in two sentences

I adored my stay, with uniquely decorated rooms with full-size fridges and super clean ambiance. The staff were cute and open to suggestions.

    thoughtful touches
    comfortable room
    relaxing amenities
    tight parking

We had a lovely stay with a comfy Mountain View King room that had those thoughtful little touches like USB ports and a cozy recliner. The hot tub and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after exploring the area. Just keep in mind that the parking lot can get a bit tight, but that didn't take away from our great experience 😊

Hotel is solidly built which means it is quiet. Room was clean and well appointed.

Lack of multiple adequate parking directly in front of room. We travel on a motorcycle and prefer to park directly in front of room.

Homey feeling in an incredibly beautiful setting. Lovely grounds full of gorgeous flower gardens. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Wonderful hosts who will do whatever you ask, like open the pool up!

Great access to trails and fun shops. The check-in was smooth, rooms were spacious, and loved the morning coffee. A solid choice for a group vacation!

The hot tub was out of order , a bummer.

A great value in a great location! Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful flowers and nice guests. Great to have a fridge and a microwave!! Felt at home and safe. Loved the local downtown area, the local people and other travelers. The outdoor opportunities - rafting, zip line, fishing, camping, nearby were aswesome. Will be back soon!!!

Located on the highway..but traffic noise did not bother us. The pool was clean and had good hours. Would love to have had the deck on the back side of the hotel, or at least a patio area in the back...to get full advantage of the view ..if I owned this hotel, I would certainly investigate that possibility. But, on the upside---there was a deck for guests (not something all inexpensive hotels have) and it was on the second level, so one could get a bit of a view. Is located right next to a Super 8 - at bit busy, made us glad we were not staying there!!!

I loved the retro decor and spacious room with a comfy bed! The quirky 18-inch toilet was a funny surprise! The hot tub was a nice touch too.
